Not sure exactly when Mum joined the WAF's but probably early fifties. That's where she met Dad who was in the RAF too and they married in 1953. Sue was born 1954, followed by Kev in 1956, myself Jan in 1957 and finally Steve in 1961. We moved around a lot as kids as Dad was stationed all over and we also lived in Malta for three years from from 1967 - 1970 - that was fun!
